Having a Conversation …….

I wasn’t sure how to go about this, so I asked the universe, my higher self, my guidance... What can I possibly say to help people feel they know me a little and so can be comfortable with who I am and how I can help? And, here it is, verbatim from my journal.

First the basics… I am naturally psychic and am empathic, have always loved learning and playing in this field of metaphysics and all things spiritual but, when I am working with you, either in the role as healer or mentor I am completely 100% committed and take what I do very seriously. I am blessed with a natural and guided affinity to crystals; I no longer question when guided to use a crystal outside of my current understanding/ knowledge base, I trust: the universe knows, and it is always on point.

I will hold your space, I will push your comfort levels, I will guide you and share my knowledge while honouring your feelings, interpretations; your understandings. I will work within your levels of acceptance and epiphanies until you are able to take that step, release that pattern or sometimes just be there while you find the space to finally let yourself breathe. I will learn from you and with you each and every time I am in a healing session or facilitating a class or workshop and be grateful and honoured to do so.

I will not let you waste your time (or mine); if you are hoping for a miracle (and yes they can happen) but handing all responsibility to me, if you are not prepared to go there, to commit to the releasing and change, if you are not ready on an energetic level to shift, I will sense that and it will be addressed so that we can work together or not at all.

I will never “read” you unless invited to do so and then only in conjunction with assisting you with an outcome for a healing/balancing/releasing/learning moment. I really am not interested in what is going on with you on an energetic level every day, doing a ‘reading’ for you. I practice what I preach and do my best to “mind my own business” and as I am particularly open I continually check to ensure what I am experiencing and reacting to is “mine” not yours. I respect myself and your right to privacy. I love what I do, it is my passion and my joy, I am so grateful and honoured to witness the trust and transformation of my clients, to be here, offering my services to you all.

24 years ago, I actively sought conscious development of my psychic abilities and discovered the world of healing and with that came CRYSTALS!!!! Oh, my goodness!!! I lived for those Thursday nights where I could immerse myself into all things spiritual and practice, practice, practice. I fed my soul, I stepped forward and never looked back. I went from keeping my passion a secret from everyone except close friends and immediate family (who always knew I was a bit Woo Woo) and eventually decided I was tired of splitting my life, I admitted being a healer outside of the normal trusted circle – two things happened … suddenly heaps of people I knew admitted to doing Reiki and /or being psychic and secondly, the universe offered me the opportunity of my life (so far 😉 ).

It went something like this …. UNIVERSE ‘oh so you think you’re ready to own who you are’??? [***SLAP***visualize a smack across the back of the head] ‘Here’s a crystal shop’!!!!! 3 weeks later (yes, you read it correctly 3 weeks!!!!) my hubby (my amazing supportive earth angel) and I, owned The Crystal Dolphin which we rebranded last year to Eclectic Avenues. So many synchronicities to make that happen, it’s a whole story on its own. Suffice to say 13 years later I’ve just closed the shop and here I am, definitely more experienced, qualified and ready and willing to continue on this amazing life journey, here for you as healer and mentor with over twenty years professional experience to offer you and a lifetime of loving everything spiritual – still studying, learning and experiencing the magic and excitement, there’s always, always more.
