I don't know the right things to say to support those whose lives are affected by bias, racial prejudice and distrust on a daily basis. I'm privileged and deeply grateful for the life I have while being aware that not everyone can say that. How can I express my belief that everyone should be treated equally with the same opportunities without appearing condescending or trite?
This grid was inspired by an amazing spiritual teacher Joseph White Wolf who during my visit to Sedona in October 2018, told me a story. In this story he talked of the white skins, the black skins, the yellow skins and the green skins - green skins being the earth people, all the others. He talked of walking the infinity sign around the colours representing all the peoples of the earth, walking, weaving and calling them all back together.
Today in meditation I was reminded of this story, shown this vision of the process as a crystal grid ~ bringing us all back together, the white skin, the black skin, the yellow skin and the green skin. In this grid I'm asking for the conversation that has been started within huge unrest to flow as quickly as possible towards peace and positive change.
I began my meditation today with questions, what can I do? How can I help?
It may seem arrogant or dismissive to some that I feel this grid can in any way help what is the culmination of years of oppression and overwhelming issues. But, this is what I do, this is my offering on an energetic level, my intent for this grid is to move away from 'us vs them'. It's an intent for a complete re-sorting of the elements that keep us separate, to bring about a result that is mutually beneficial for all peoples, all creeds, all colours.
SETTING UP YOUR GRID:
Choose a crystal that resonates with your intent ~ one for each colour, green, yellow, black and white, and place these at four points square to each other. These are your anchor stones, bringing the energetic influence of the stones to the active process of bringing all peoples to meet in the middle, to find balance and reconnect in a positive, mutually supportive respectful manner.
Choose the crystal, or stones, you wish to use for the infinity symbol. I have used clear quartz points as Clear quartz will amplify energy and thought, as well as the effect of other crystals. It also encourages clarity of thought and purpose to one's heart and mind. Each point should follow the flow of a figure eight making an infinity symbol once placed around the four anchor stones as per the picture above.
The infinity symbol symbolises being conscious of where we are and the endless possibilities we have before us; it resonates with the power of resurrection and regeneration.
For energetic influence of the crystals at each anchor point I used the following .....
[Green] Variscite is a stone with a heartfelt vibration that will give rise to joyous feelings, and bring peace and harmony within the heart chakra area. ... It enhances life by generating feelings of inner peace, love and compassion.
Yellow Jasper amplifies self-confidence and courage, bringing energy and enthusiasm to one's life and relationships.
Black Tourmaline encourages optimistic attitudes as well as good luck and happiness, regardless of the circumstances that you find yourself in.
White Petalite is an extremely high vibration stone with a smooth balanced energy. Using it allows a deep connection to the spiritual realms. ... It is a powerfully protective stone, and will not allow negative energy to remain in its vicinity.
