Usually I ask for a specific sign from spirit to answer a question, but there are times when I feel there's a message for me that I didn't ask for. When I think that's happening I ask to see it three times ('cause you know, sometimes a seagull's just a seagull, right?)
1. This week a neighbour phoned hubby asking if we like crayfish. He had caught some fresh ones and wanted to share. Apart from this being the first time this neighbour had called us rather than dropping by there's nothing odd in that, so I thought no more of it.
2. The following day on our beach walk I noticed a tiny baby cray on the edge of the water, miles away from where it should be! I briefly wondered if there was a message, took a photo, went about my day.
3. Next day, off to walk and as we head back down the beach in the same spot, there's another!! A tiny baby crayfish on the edge of the water!! Could it be the same one? Did it stay after tides and surviving the seagulls or is it another one?
That's the third - confirmation to pay attention!!!

Crayfish teaches us to move forward in life, to overcome our fears by shedding our old “skin”. This skin shedding is part of the crayfish’s nature cycle of growth and maturity. Similarly, spiritual growth is a forward moving process and involves shedding old limiting beliefs, issues and habits. The crayfish reminds us to not be afraid to let go of those things that hold us back.
Crayfish is also symbol of regeneration. It often loses its legs, or claws, and can regrow them easily. So, also, can you regenerate as needed.
And This As a water creature, the crayfish represents the psyche, dreams and subconscious. It reminds us to pay attention to our intuition, listen to our dreams, and look for symbols in both our waking and dream world.
I received the same message-get out of my head and pay attention to my intuition this week from a one card reading with beautiful Jessica Paschke. With two reminders this week I'm doing my best to let all my planning and overthinking go, to make space for my intuitive guidance to gently pop in.
